Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information gpt-image-ai.net collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and who we share it with.
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account email address and display name so we can authenticate you and show your profile. We do not receive your Google password.
Generation data. When you generate an image, we store the text prompt you submitted and the resulting image(s) in our database, linked to your account.
Billing data. If you purchase a subscription or credit pack, our payment processor (Stripe) handles payment card details directly. We only receive a transaction reference and the amount charged — we never see your full card number.
Technical data. We log IP address, user agent, and timestamps for security, rate-limiting, and debugging purposes.
2. Data Retention
Prompts and the resulting generated images are stored in our database for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Account information (email, name) is retained for as long as your account is active; billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
3. Third Parties Your Data May Be Sent To
To generate images and keep the Service safe, your prompt text may be forwarded to the following third parties:
- sub2api — a community-driven third-party infrastructure provider used to serve our free tier. Prompts sent to sub2api are further forwarded to upstream AI providers.
- kie.ai — a commercial API provider used to serve our paid tier.
- OpenAI Moderation API — every prompt is sent to OpenAI's automated content-moderation endpoint (
omni-moderation-latest) before we generate, to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy. - Google — for sign-in authentication only.
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Cloudflare — hosts the Service and provides edge security.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Email Communications
We do not send marketing emails. v1 of the Service does not send any email at all. If that changes in the future — for example, to notify you of significant Terms updates or billing receipts — we will update this Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies for authentication sessions and for remembering your language preference. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where it applies), you may:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request that we correct or delete your data. Deleting your account removes stored prompts and images immediately; backups are purged within 30 days.
- Object to processing, or ask us to restrict processing, in certain circumstances.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@gpt-image-ai.net.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version.
