Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of gpt-image-ai.net (the Service). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
gpt-image-ai.net provides AI image generation powered by OpenAI's gpt-image-2 model. The Service is offered in two tiers: a free tier and a paid tier.
Important disclaimer about the free tier: The free tier is powered by community-driven third-party infrastructure and may experience interruptions, latency, or be discontinued without notice. The paid tier uses commercial API providers with stronger SLAs but is also subject to upstream availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to either tier.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may only operate one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to farm free-tier quota is prohibited and may result in account termination (see Section 7).
3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal content of any kind.
- Generate NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
- Generate content targeting real, identifiable individuals without their consent, including but not limited to deepfakes used for fraud, harassment, defamation, or impersonation.
- Generate content depicting or sexualizing minors, regardless of whether the subject is real or fictional.
- Generate content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate against protected groups.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service, including prompt-injection attempts against our moderation or routing systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw API access to third parties.

4. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate an automatic refund for the current period.
We offer a prorated refund for subscription charges if you cancel and request a refund within 7 days of the most recent billing date. To request a refund, contact us at the email listed in our Refund Policy.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price change will only apply to billing periods starting after you have been notified.
5. Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that grant a fixed number of generation credits. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for credits that have already been consumed.
6. Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images you generate through the Service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, including (without limitation):
- Operating multiple accounts to farm free-tier quota.
- Attempting to bypass or manipulate our moderation, rate-limit, or billing systems (including prompt-injection attempts).
- Generating content that violates Section 3 or our AUP.
- Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment activity.
For serious violations we may terminate immediately without refund. For lesser infractions we will normally warn first.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
